You'll be responsible for

Servicing and maintaining underground blasting equipment
Service, maintain and repair underground blasting equipment, including Hypercharge Drive Units (HcD), ensuring optimal performance.📞
Providing technical support
Provide technical support and advice to customers on-site and over the phone, helping them resolve issues efficiently.🤝
Building customer relationships
