Creating clear and consistent documentation to streamline the Architecture Engagement Process for better understanding.

Communicating with stakeholders through newsletters and updates

Engaging stakeholders with regular communication, including newsletters and updates, to keep everyone informed.

Updating and maintaining Confluence and JIRA

Regularly updating and maintaining documentation and project tracking in Confluence and JIRA to ensure smooth operations.
