You'll be responsible for

Leading a cross-functional squad

Lead a cross-functional squad with an Engineering Lead to deliver an AI-powered engineering product suite, providing clear delivery plans and measurable outcomes.

Co-owning product roadmaps

Co-own and execute product roadmaps with partner domains, prioritising backlog items and defining OKRs.

Partnering with engineering squads

Partner with engineering squads, AI researchers, and platform teams to assess use cases and scale proven capabilities across the Bank.
