You'll be responsible for

Developing and enhancing risk frameworks

Leading the creation and continuous improvement of Cuscal-wide technology risk frameworks, policies, and procedures.

Embedding risk practices

Partnering with product domains and corporate functions to embed technology risk management practices into everyday activities.

Executive and board reporting

Preparing and presenting regular risk reports to senior management and the Board, highlighting key risk areas and recommendations.

Key criteria

🔍

Financial services experience (4-6 years)

Experience in technology risk management within financial services or consulting.

Understanding of risk frameworks

Deep knowledge of IT frameworks like ITIL, ISO 27001, and NIST.

Demonstrated ability to manage risks related to AI and machine learning.
