Formulating persona-based test cases that clearly test the expected outcomes of new features in an Agile-driven development environment.

Collaborating with stakeholders

Working closely with business analysts and developers to clarify ambiguities and ensure fit-for-purpose test case development.

Performing functional and regression testing

Conducting thorough testing of new features and fixes, replicating customer scenarios to ensure quality and performance.
