You'll be responsible for

Planning and delivering testing activities

Responsible for planning and delivering testing and service validation activities aligned to ITIL® 4 within a SIAM shared-resource model.

Overseeing defect management

Oversee defect management, risk identification, and mitigation activities to support delivery timelines and quality outcomes.

Coordinating multi-vendor testing

Coordinate multi-vendor testing activities and validate environments, data, and service configurations prior to handover.
