You'll be responsible for

Overseeing operations

Overseeing day to day workers compensation operations for NSW Self Insurance to ensure high quality claims outcomes and reduction in human impact.

Collaborating with stakeholders

Operating as part of a high performing, collaborative team supporting workers compensation functions and key stakeholders.
⚖️

Managing litigated claims

Providing technical advice while overseeing a portfolio of litigated claims in accordance with relevant state legislation and guidelines.

Key criteria

3+ years of workers' compensation experience

Experience managing claims in relevant State or Territory.
