You'll be responsible for

Guiding and supporting interactions

Guiding and supporting carer and staff interactions with children and young people, conducting assessments, and developing therapeutic treatment plans.

Providing therapeutic services

Providing therapeutic services including Family Therapy directly to children, young people, and families who are clients of our services.

Managing complex cases

Working closely with the Manager, program staff, and other service partners in the management of complex cases and practice quality issues.

Key criteria

🎓

Tertiary qualification in relevant field

Possession of a degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related discipline.

Experience with trauma-informed care

Demonstrated practice knowledge in supporting traumatized children and families.

Interpersonal and engagement skills

Proven ability to engage effectively with children and young people.
