About the job

As a Youth Worker in the Therapeutic Residential Care program with MacKillop, you will embark on a fulfilling journey of providing intensive, trauma-informed support to children and young people facing complex challenges. Your work will be pivotal in helping them heal and develop emotional resilience in a safe and structured environment. Collaborating with a passionate multidisciplinary team, you will implement individualized therapeutic plans that make a real difference in their lives.
