You'll be responsible for

Preparing and cooking food

Utilising conventional cooking techniques and cook-chill systems to create meals that meet health service needs.

Working alongside apprentices and trainees

Mentoring and guiding less experienced team members in the kitchen environment.

Adhering to infection control policies

Following established procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic cooking environment.

Trade qualifications

Possession of relevant trade qualifications in cooking.
