You'll be responsible for

Supervising inmate work crews

Coaching and supporting inmates to develop workplace skills and improve their post-release employment opportunities.

Promoting professional values

Demonstrating integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct aligned with organizational standards.

Delivering training programs

Supporting business unit operations through the delivery of inmate training programs and contributing to case management outcomes.
