You'll be responsible for

Owning area performance

Planning visit activity, analysing customer insights, maintaining accurate reporting and collaborating with stores and the wider Trade team to unlock growth opportunities.

Building B2B partnerships

Establishing strong relationships with workshops, mechanics, fleet operators and trade customers, becoming their trusted aftermarket solutions provider.

Delivering exceptional customer service

Providing proactive account management, regular customer visits and responsive support that builds long-term loyalty.
