Developing and managing programs
Developing, implementing, and managing apprentice and trainee programs aligned with workforce strategy, ensuring continuous improvement.📊
Tracking program effectiveness
Tracking apprenticeship completion rates and employment outcomes to evaluate program effectiveness and drive ongoing development.🤝
Building relationships
Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with RTOs, TAFEs, schools, and industry bodies to ensure program alignment with VET policies.Key criteria

Trade Certificate or relevant qualification
Possession of a Trade Certificate or mining qualification is essential.View
