Performing infield supervision and mentoring

Overseeing team performance to ensure quality and safety standards are met while fostering a collaborative culture.

Managing a multi-skilled team

Overseeing the day-to-day workload of Electricians, Mechanical Fitters, and Boilermakers, and escalating issues as needed.
