Accurately code clinical diagnoses and procedures in line with national coding standards to ensure data integrity.

Completing coding within timeframes

Ensure coding is completed within required timeframes to support hospital operations and reporting.

Liaising with clinicians

Liaise with clinicians and team members to clarify documentation as needed for accurate coding.

Diploma of Clinical Coding

Completion of a recognised Diploma of Clinical Coding (HLT50321) is essential.
