You'll be responsible for

Performing clinical assessments and management of patients referred to the Hospital in the Home Service, including home visits.🤝
Liaising with General Practitioners
Engaging with local General Practitioners as a major part of daily activities.📈
Participating in quality assurance
Conducting a quality assurance improvement project during the term and participating in research.Key criteria

MBBS or equivalent
Possession of MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.View

Four years postgraduate experience
Demonstrated experience in a clinical setting post-medical qualification.View
