Developing training strategies
Developing and supporting the departmental strategic plan to guide the long-term provision of the training and development function at KCGM.✅
Maintaining training standards
Maintaining appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and practices across site to ensure compliance with internal and external obligations.🔍
Conducting training needs analysis
Implementing and maintaining training needs and gap analysis in conjunction with relevant supervisors and stakeholders.What we're looking for

Training experience in mining
Minimum of 3 years in a similar training role in mining.View

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Possession of TAE 40116 or TAE 40122 certification.View

Knowledge of safety regulations
Working knowledge of Work Health and Safety Act 2020.View
