This position focuses on maximizing transition outcomes through collaboration with schools, families, and community partners. Supporting schools
Supporting schools in interpreting and enacting policies related to students exiting school before Year 12.📋
Collating information
Collating and analyzing confidential information to develop transition plans for students leaving school early.🌐
