You'll be responsible for

Providing expert palliative care
Delivering independent and collaborative expert nursing for patients with life-limiting illnesses, focusing on quality of life.🔍
Developing new care models
Leading and developing new models of care and partnerships to enhance access to specialist palliative care.👥
Working in a multidisciplinary team
Collaborating with a team to provide clinical care and management of complex care patients.Key criteria

Registered Nurse Division 1 certification
Valid certification with AHPRA, including Nurse Practitioner endorsement.View
📚
Postgraduate qualification in palliative care
Relevant qualification demonstrating advanced knowledge in palliative care.View
