The First Nations Communities Trust Associate job is all about supporting Trust Managers in administering First Nations community trust arrangements with care, integrity, and respect. This role is crucial in building strong relationships and ensuring trusts are managed in line with legislative requirements, ultimately delivering meaningful outcomes for Traditional Owner communities. The team values collaboration and is committed to working alongside First Nations communities to create positive, long-term impacts.
You'll be responsible for

Building relationships
Building and maintaining strong, respectful relationships with First Nations communities, partners and external stakeholders, helping to enhance Perpetual’s reputation in the First Nations trust space.📊
Supporting trust administration
Supporting the administration of Native Title and community trusts in line with legislation, company policies and agreed governance frameworks, including payment processing, reporting and compliance activities.📝
Preparing for meetings
Assisting with the preparation for and participation in Trustee Advisory Council meetings, beneficiary meetings and community communications.Key criteria

Experience in community-focused organisations
At least two years in administration or customer service roles.View
