You'll be responsible for

Starting with foundational tasks such as cleaning, folding, and replenishment to understand UNIQLO’s operational standards.

Receiving hands-on training

Gaining core retail management skills through hands-on training to prepare for a Store Manager position.

Conducting monthly evaluations

Going through monthly evaluations with your manager to track development and prepare for the Store Manager promotion interview.
