You'll be responsible for

Providing expert property advice

Delivering expert property and valuation advice that supports fair, transparent and legislatively compliant outcomes.

Undertaking valuations

Conducting rating and taxing valuations, objection valuations, compulsory acquisition valuations or specialised commercial and asset valuations depending on team placement.
🔍

Researching and analysing property information

Researching, analysing and interpreting property information, preparing reports and recommendations, and maintaining valuation data integrity.

🎓

Relevant tertiary qualification

Possession of a qualification contributing to API or RICS accreditation.

Current CPV with API or MRICS accreditation, or eligibility within 12 months.
