You'll be responsible for

Conducting valuation assignments

Conduct valuation assignments for residential and/or commercial customers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.

Assisting customers

Assist customers with the process of buying, selling, and investing in residential property through accurate valuations.

Producing reports

Produce reports in line with industry best practice standards, providing insights to key stakeholders.

Accredited API degree or valuation accreditation

Possession of an accredited API degree or RPV/CPV accreditation is essential.
