The Graduate Program at Ventia is an exciting opportunity for individuals ready to kickstart their careers and make a real impact. Commencing in January 2026, this two-year program includes three rotations across Ventia's Group Supply Chain function, designed to help participants discover their strengths and accelerate their careers. The team values professional development, mentoring, and innovation, creating a supportive environment where graduates can thrive and contribute to meaningful projects.

You'll be responsible for

Participating in rotations

Engaging in 2 x 6-month rotations and 1 x 12-month rotation to gain hands-on experience across various functions.

Contributing to projects

Working on meaningful assignments that contribute to essential services and infrastructure for communities.

Building professional relationships

Networking with mentors and senior leaders to support long-term career growth.

Key criteria

🎓

Relevant undergraduate degree

Completed degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or Supply Chain.
