As a qualified veterinary surgeon, you will play a crucial role in shaping customer experiences through your clinical expertise and customer service skills. The team thrives on collaboration and innovation, working together to elevate the pet insurance landscape.

You'll be responsible for

Assisting with onboarding

Completing pre-existing checks and reviewing clinical histories to identify any issues impacting plan cover.

Engaging with customers

Directly communicating with vets and pet parents to explain decisions and support through reviews.

Using AI tools

Leveraging AI to reduce repetitive tasks and improve customer outcomes.
