You'll be responsible for
🐾
Providing veterinary nursing care
Delivering all aspects of veterinary nursing care as per the Certificate IV of Veterinary Nursing and the Prescribed Duties of Veterinary Nurses within the Vet Surgeons Act of WA.📜
Complying with policies and regulations
Ensuring compliance with University and TAHMU policies, procedures, and protocols, as well as The Veterinary Surgeons’ Act of WA and other veterinary industry related Acts and Regulations.🩺
Assisting clinicians
Liaising with clinical areas within the hospital to coordinate daily availability of equipment and technical support, and assisting clinicians with examinations, workups, procedures, treatments, and surgeries.Key criteria

Veterinary nursing qualification
Completion of Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent.View

Surgical procedure experience
Demonstrated experience with various surgical procedures and patient care.View
