You'll be responsible for

Performing vintage operations

Engaging in vintage operations from crush to press, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process.

Conducting cellar operations

Managing cellar operations, including barrel operations, filtration, and bottling preparation.

Working collaboratively

Collaborating with team members to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
