You'll be responsible for

Leading WSE Management System

Support the end-to-end development, rollout, governance, and continuous improvement of oOh!media's WSE Management System across the organisation.

Advising stakeholders

Business partner with head office functions at our North Sydney offices to provide specialist advice and guidance on WSE legislative obligations and industry best practices.

Implementing wellbeing strategies

Support the ongoing development, implementation, and evolution of mental health, employee wellbeing, and psychosocial risk initiatives.

Proven experience developing and implementing WSE management systems.
