Creating and implementing programs that enhance the quality of life for residents through enjoyable activities.

Supporting residents’ emotional, social and recreational wellbeing

Fostering a positive environment that nurtures the emotional and social needs of residents.

Encouraging participation in activities and community engagement

Motivating residents to join in activities and connect with the community, promoting a sense of belonging.

Key criteria

🎓

Certificate III or IV in Leisure & Health

Required qualification for delivering wellbeing programs.
