You'll be responsible for

Facilitating inclusive group and 1:1 wellness activities

Delivering engaging activities that support residents’ physical, emotional, social, and cognitive wellbeing.
🤝

Building respectful relationships with residents

Encouraging independence, dignity, choice, and participation through meaningful engagement and emotional support.
🛠️

Collaborating with care staff and clinical teams

Working together to ensure wellness programs align with resident needs and preferences.

Key criteria

🏥

Certificate IV in Leisure and Health

Possession of relevant qualification for wellness activities.

Experience in aged care activities

Demonstrated experience delivering group and 1:1 activities.
