You'll be responsible for

Facilitating inclusive group and 1:1 wellness activities
Delivering engaging activities that support residents’ physical, emotional, social, and cognitive wellbeing.🤝
Building respectful relationships with residents
Encouraging independence, dignity, choice, and participation through meaningful engagement and emotional support.🛠️
Collaborating with care staff and clinical teams
Working together to ensure wellness programs align with resident needs and preferences.Key criteria

Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
Possession of relevant qualification for wellness activities.View

Experience in aged care activities
Demonstrated experience delivering group and 1:1 activities.View

Understanding of dementia care
