Building respectful relationships with residents

Collaborating with care staff and clinical teams

Working together to ensure wellness programs align with resident needs and preferences.

Key criteria

🏥

Certificate IV in Leisure and Health

Possession of relevant qualification for wellness activities.

Experience in aged care activities

Demonstrated experience delivering group and 1:1 activities.

Understanding of dementia care

Knowledge of person-centred practices for cognitive support.
