You'll be responsible for

Facilitating wellness activities
Delivering inclusive group and one-on-one wellness activities that support residents’ overall wellbeing.🤗
Building relationships with residents
Creating respectful and trusting relationships to encourage independence and meaningful engagement.🛠️
Collaborating with care teams
Working alongside care staff and clinical teams to ensure activities align with residents’ needs.Key criteria

Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
Possession of relevant qualification for wellness activitiesView

Experience in aged care activities
Demonstrated experience delivering group and 1:1 activitiesView
🎨
Creative activity facilitation skills
