The Night Shift Workplace Health and Safety Coordinator is a vital part of the Amazon Australia Team, working within the Fulfilment Center to uphold high safety standards. This job is all about fostering a culture of safety and teamwork, where proactive communication and engagement with the workforce are key. The team values collaboration and is committed to continuous improvement, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

You'll be responsible for

Identifying compliance issues

Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly audits to inform management of safety risks and improvement opportunities.
🕵️‍♂️

Facilitating incident investigations

Leading the process of investigating safety incidents to ensure thorough understanding and prevention of future occurrences.
👥

Coaching safety responsibilities

Coaching Area Managers and others to fulfill their safety responsibilities, including audits and inspections.

Workplace Health and Safety knowledge

Understanding of WHS regulations and compliance standards.
