You'll be responsible for

Leading WHSE culture

Promoting a strong Workplace Health, Safety and Environment culture across the resort, ensuring compliance and colleague wellbeing.

Delivering training and managing risks

Providing training, managing risk and incident processes, and supporting return-to-work programs.
🛠️

Building WHSE education platform

In partnership with the Training Manager, developing a comprehensive WHSE education platform for onboarding.
