Assist in the recruitment, development, and management of a diverse, remote team of consultants supporting Workday applications.

Driving high customer satisfaction

Lead and manage Senior Managers and/or Managing Consultants to ensure consultants are adhering to the activities, processes and procedures outlined in Workday.

Establishing goals and performance reviews

Establish direct reports’ goals and objectives during the bi-annual review process and drive the performance review process for the Consulting team.

3-7 years of proven Workday or ERP consulting implementation experience.
