About the job

This job is about joining Allens' Remuneration and People Operations team, focusing on Workday technology and analytics. The position plays a crucial role in supporting decision-making through advanced reporting and analytics, while fostering creativity and flexibility in project execution. Team collaboration is key, as members work together to tackle various challenges and support stakeholders.

You'll be responsible for

Delivering reporting and analytics

Delivering advanced Workday reporting and people analytics, including dashboards, calculated fields, report optimisation and data storytelling to support decision-making.
📈

Building datasets

Building and maintaining Workday Prism Analytics datasets to extend standard reporting and enable deeper insights.
🔒

Maintaining security

Maintaining Workday security (role-based access and domain security), including regular reviews, remediation of access issues and support for audits and compliance requirements.
