You'll be responsible for

Acting as the lead for Anglicare's centralised rostering model, ensuring consistency and efficiency in rostering practices.

Developing guidelines

Developing and disseminating comprehensive rostering guidelines and procedures to ensure uniform adherence.
👥

Monitoring staff allocation

Monitoring staff allocation based on resident/client care needs, minimising idle time, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels during peak demand.
