Overseeing end-to-end workforce forecasting, modelling, and optimisation for the Corporate Store network.🏗️
Building workforce planning infrastructure
Creating and maintaining the infrastructure that ensures stores are operationally and strategically successful.🤝
Partnering with key stakeholders
Collaborating closely with Finance, People & Capability, and Store leadership to deliver insights and long-term planning.Key criteria
