Contributing to the design and delivery of workforce planning frameworks aligned with Defence capability needs.

Conducting research and analysis

Gathering data, analysing workforce trends, and providing evidence-based insights for strategic decision-making.

Developing workforce strategies

Assisting in creating practical strategies to address skills gaps and enhance workforce agility.

3–7 years in workforce planning

Experience in workforce strategy or organisational design within government or consulting.
