Ensuring efficient resource allocation by building accurate, forward-looking rosters aligned to operational needs.

Managing contingent labour

Overseeing contingent labour pools and agency partners to maintain seamless workforce coverage.

Supporting onboarding

Facilitating onboarding and site access requirements for new employees and managing HR-related matters for contingent staff.
