You'll be responsible for

Designing and delivering enterprise SWP

Lead the design and delivery of enterprise Strategic Workforce Planning, including scenario modelling and intervention planning aligned to strategy.

Integrating workforce data

Integrate workforce, financial, and business data to inform enterprise trade-offs and investment decisions.

Delivering insights

Deliver clear, compelling insights and artefacts to help shape the workforce of the future.
