You'll be responsible for

Overseeing regional activities

Ensure WHS&E compliance, risk identification, and management while managing the implementation of the Safety Management System and conducting audits across QBuild.

Providing expert advice

Offer guidance to operational, supervisory, and senior management on Safety Management System processes, legislative compliance, and emerging technologies.

Leading incident investigations

Direct investigations and reporting of incidents and hazards, while assisting staff with improvement strategies for safety-related issues.

WHS legislative compliance

Demonstrated experience providing expert advice in WHS legislative compliance requirements, including relevant legislation and standards.

Team leadership

Experience in effectively managing a team in a complex work environment to deliver the required work program.
