This job is about providing support on Work Health and Safety (WHS) at John Flynn Private Hospital, working closely with the National Safety Team and the facility Executive Team. Making a meaningful impact on the delivery of quality healthcare services is at the heart of this position. You'll be responsible for

Embedding safety management system

Assisting with embedding and maintaining the Ramsay safety management system, templates, and documentation.

Investigating incidents

Investigating incidents and implementing solutions to minimise future risks.

Conducting risk assessments

Conducting risk assessments, site audits, and workplace safety training.

Key criteria

🎓

Tertiary qualifications in WHS

Holds or working towards Cert IV in WHS or higher.

Demonstrated experience in WHS, preferably in healthcare.
