You'll be responsible for

Advising on employment matters
Providing guidance on employment contracts, policies, performance management, and terminations.⚖️
Acting in disputes
Representing clients in disputes before the Fair Work Commission, Federal Court, and state tribunals.🦺
Supporting WHS investigations
Assisting with workplace health and safety investigations and regulatory matters.Key criteria
📜
1-5 years' PQE in employment law
Demonstrated experience in a reputable employment law practice.View

Strong drafting and analytical skills
Proven ability to draft legal documents and analyze complex issues.View
