You'll be responsible for

Working closely with workplace partners to deliver exceptional legal services and solutions to clients.

Advising on workplace relations

Providing expert advice on all aspects of workplace relations, including industrial relations, employment, and safety matters.

Managing high-profile matters

Handling significant cases and projects that impact clients' businesses and contribute to their success.

Skills you'll need

⚖️

Proven experience in employment and industrial relations matters

Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of employment and industrial relations issues, with work health and safety experience being desirable but not essential.

Strong communication skills

Ability to draft clear, concise, and commercial advice and documents, along with effective written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients and internal contacts.

Proactive and self-starting attitude
