You'll be responsible for

Working closely with Young Carers

Providing essential support to Young Carers under 25, helping them manage their responsibilities and balance their lives.
🌟

Assisting in developing confidence and social skills

Helping Young Carers build self-esteem and maintain friendships outside of their caring role.
👥

Collaborating with team members

Developing and delivering tailored programs and activities that meet the specific needs of Young Carers.

Key criteria

🎓

Bachelor's degree in social studies

Possession of a relevant degree to support young people.

Experience with young people

Demonstrated experience as a Case Worker or Social Worker.
