You'll be responsible for

Providing counselling and support
Engaging, assessing, and offering counselling and education to young people and their families.🔄
Making referrals
Connecting young people with necessary services, including General Practitioners and AOD treatment services.🌱
Encouraging healthy choices
Promoting healthy alternatives and coping strategies to address emotional needs and life events.Key criteria
🧠
AHPRA registration or equivalent
Valid registration as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Nurse, or Social Worker.View
📚
Youth-focused AOD counselling experience
Demonstrated experience providing support to young people with substance use issues.View
🌍
Cultural competency
Ability to work holistically with diverse communities, including CALD and First Nations.View
