You'll be responsible for

Leading the youth team
Leading the interdisciplinary youth team that plans a young person’s NDIS funded therapy package, acting as the main contact for participants and their families.🎯
Supporting youth participants
Utilising assessment and intervention skills to support youth participants in achieving their goals.❤️
Building relationships
Building meaningful relationships with participants and their supports to empower them in their journey.What we're looking for
🎓
Relevant tertiary qualification
Possession of a degree in Youth Work, Social Work, Special Education, or Nursing.View fit
🕒
Minimum 12 months experience
Experience working with youth aged 9-25, particularly those with disabilities.View fit
