You'll be responsible for

Leading the youth team

Leading the interdisciplinary youth team that plans a young person’s NDIS funded therapy package, acting as the main contact for participants and their families.

Supporting youth participants

Utilising assessment and intervention skills to support youth participants in achieving their goals.

Building relationships

Building meaningful relationships with participants and their supports to empower them in their journey.

What we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualification

Possession of a degree in Youth Work, Social Work, Special Education, or Nursing.
