You'll be responsible for

Leading the youth team
Leading the interdisciplinary youth team that plans a young person’s NDIS funded therapy package, acting as the main contact for participants and their families.🎯
Supporting youth participants
Utilising assessment and intervention skills to support youth participants in achieving their educational, personal, social, and working life goals.❤️
Building relationships
Building meaningful relationships with participants and their supports, empowering them to develop habits and routines.What we're looking for
🎓
Relevant tertiary qualification
Possession of a degree in Youth Work, Social Work, Special Education, or Nursing.View fit

Strong communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate with youth and their families.View fit
👥
Minimum 12 months youth experience
Experience working with youth aged 9-25, demonstrating capability.View fit
