You'll be responsible for

Leading the interdisciplinary youth team
Acting as the main contact for adolescent and young adult participants and their families, coordinating therapy packages.🎯
Utilising assessment and intervention skills
Supporting youth participants to achieve their educational, personal, social, and working life goals through tailored interventions.❤️
Building meaningful relationships
Creating strong connections with participants and their supports, fostering trust and open communication.Key criteria
🎓
Relevant tertiary qualification
Possession of a degree in Youth Work, Social Work, Special Education, or Nursing.View
🗣️
Minimum 12 months youth experience
Demonstrated experience working with youth aged 9-25.View
